Ma journey into the world of professional dog care did not start with a typical course or seminar, but directly at home, with an energetic and strong dog by my side. This dog, part of an often misunderstood breed and my loyal companion for almost 14 years, taught me more about patience, empathy, and the importance of genuine, lasting love than any formal education could have done. He had the special gift of trusting even people with an initial fear of dogs.
Our collaboration on the guide dog test was living proof of the hard work and intensive training I dedicated to him. In July 2023, I had to say goodbye to him with a heavy heart — an event that turned my world upside down and only reinforced my desire to offer dog care.
The first years with him were not always easy, especially because of his difficulties with other males. These challenges have shaped us both and led me down a path I would never have expected. When looking for the right care for him, especially when I was away, I often ran into obstacles. It was a real challenge to find someone who was strong enough to guide a 30 kg, muscular dog and who at the same time had the necessary empathy to give him security and security without other animals being around.
It was precisely this search that prompted me to create something new: a place where every dog is seen for what it really is — a unique individual. A place far away from the solitude of a kennel, where every dog feels understood and valued.
My biology studies and training in emergency medical care, supplemented by continuous training, a first aid course specialized in dogs, practical experience in a sporting dog field and passing the expert examination for handling dogs classified as dangerous, have given me a deep understanding of both the physical and psychological needs of dogs.
This combination of expertise and personal experience equips me for all situations and enables me to create an environment where dogs feel safe, understood and loved.
When caring for each dog, I pay particular attention to the well-being of each dog, because I know that each of them has unique needs and preferences. This individual care, inspired by my own experiences and the deep bond with my dog, is at the heart of what I offer.
